Growing up in the late 90s and early 00s was everything. From the electronics that felt futuristic (hello, see-through Game Boys!) to the thrill of renting movies at Blockbuster, it was an era where even the smallest things felt like big adventures. And let's not forget the TV animation shows that defined our weekends. There was something magical about sitting cross-legged on the carpet, cereal in hand, watching cartoons that were equal parts hilarious and bizarre.

Speaking of animation… remember that show about kids making weird slimy and kind of gross creatures in a lab? What was it called? It's right there on the tip of my tongue.

Anyway, those early gadgets, experiences, TV shows, and toys, I mean WOW, the toys! We had Tamagotchis that beeped at all hours, Bop Its that tested our reflexes, and scooters that left us with more scrapes and scars than memories. a golden age for iconic games and toys.

That show I was talking about had a game I think, like a branded toy you could actually make your own little bugs with at home. You'd mix gooey colors, pour them into molds, and bake them into these wiggly creations. Creepy Crawlers! It was called Creepy Crawlers!

Well, anyhow, I was saying, these nostalgic pictures from the late 90s and early 00s will bring back all the feels from a simpler time. And seriously—if anyone has a Creepy Crawlers Workshop lying around… call me.

Come on! Nothing? How many clues does a boy have to give?! Do I have to beg you to get me a Creepy Crawlers ThingMaker? Joey down the street has one, and he didn’t even have to ask for it—his parents just bought it for him because they thought he’d like it.
